We also deliver to school shops for you to collect (not during the school holidays!)

For Cologne: Tuesday 3 p.m. - 4.45 p.m. If we receive your online order by Monday 10a.m., we can guarantee next-day delivery in Cologne.

For Duisburg: Thursday 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. If we receive your online order by Wednesday 10a.m., we can guarantee next-day delivery in Duisburg.

Procedure for shop deliveries:

When you reached “checkout” at the end of your online order please provide us with the following information on your order under the menu point:

“Insert personal memo depending to your order”

• from which school shop you want to collect your order, Cologne or Duisburg
• and whether you want to pay cash at the shop. Otherwise, delivery will take place on the next possible working day of the shop after receipt of your payment by bank transfer

Once you have sent your online order, you will immediately receive an automatic order confirmation by email, stating the obligatory delivery flat rate of € 5.90 for parcel service. This amount will be reduced to € 2 on our invoice, which you will receive within 48 hours. Our bank details are included at the bottom of this separate invoice.
